Dennis Rodman Wants to Collaborate With Kanye West

On Tuesday (July 10), Kanye West let the world know that Dennis Rodman is one of his biggest inspirationsOn Saturday (July 14), the NBA Hall of Famer responded to the compliment with some kind words of his own, as well as an invitation to collaborate.

The Chicago Bulls star posted a video on Twitter, thanking West for the shout out earlier in the week before gushing over him as an artist and as a person.

"Love your work, love your style, love your wife, your kids are beautiful," he says before suggesting a collaboration.

"Hey man, I thought about something," he continues. "Let's me and you do a track together, man—about world peace, about leaders of love, baby. Leaders of love. You're one. I'm one. Let's get together, baby, and do this right."

Though the duo may seem like an unlikely pair to those unfamiliar with their work, they're actually pretty similar. Like Kanye, Rodman always stood out from the pack and was never afraid to speak his mind.

They also share a love for Donald Trump. Rodman was in attendance at Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's summit in Singapore last month, and Ye infamously has supported the current president on multiple occasions.

But despite each star's polarizing character, they both seem to have more lovers than haters, especially West. He went on a record releasing frenzy in June, dropping a solo album along with collaborating with Kid Cudi, Pusha T and Nas, and the internet had a heyday. Even his oftentimes nonsensical Twitter rants have been turned into merch.
