Weezer Share New Song 'Lost In The Woods' Off The 'Frozen 2' Soundtrack

Just days after sharing the Adam Devine-led music video for "California Snow" off the Spell soundtrack, Weezer released "Lost In The Woods" — their contribution to the Frozen 2 soundtrack. The song is originally performed by Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) in the movie, and from the sound of the lyrics it's during a moment of confusion after his girlfriend Anna (Kristen Bell) and her sister Elsa (Idina Menzel) leave the kingdom. "Now I turn around and find/ I am lost in the woods/ North is south, right is left," he sings. "When you're gone/ I'm the one who sees you home/ But now I'm lost in the woods/ And I don't know what path you are on/ I'm lost in the woods."

Listen to Weezer's rendition of "Lost In The Woods" below.

The soundtrack includes seven original songs written by Frozen's Oscar-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, all performed by the film's vocal cast, including Bell, Menzel, Josh Gad, Groff and Evan Rachel-Wood, as well as tracks from the movie's original score by Christophe Beck.

Weezer isn't the only artist to make one of the original songs its own. Panic! At The Disco (performing “Into The Unknown”), and Kacey Musgraves (performing “All is Found”) will also appear in the film’s end credits.

The Frozen 2 soundtrack is out now and can be streamed via YouTube, while the film is slated for a November 22 release date.
