Jennifer Lopez shared a vulnerable look at her feelings about being a "single mom" to her children.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly that was published Monday (December 2), the "On the Floor" singer opened up about not feeling like she alone is "enough" for her 16-year-old twins Max and Emme, whom shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, per Page Six.

"I've been a single mom at times in my life, and [I've asked,] 'Am I enough for them?'" she said. Despite her doubt, she realized that the most important thing is for her children to know how much she loves them. "And the truth is, all you need is really one good parent to love you."

Lopez said her new film Unstoppable helped her realize that she is enough, adding that surrounding herself with supportive loved ones are a key to success.

"It says a lot about the character of someone, when people are good and loving and supportive of each other, what they can accomplish," she said.

Lopez has had an "intense year" amid her relationship troubles and eventual split from ex Ben Affleck, who she filed for divorce from in August after two years of marriage. The "Let's Get Loud" hitmaker has reportedly been focusing on "self-care" amid the "upsetting" divorce and has been "giving herself time to be single."
