Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing more allegations after a former member of Da Band and others have filed new lawsuits against him.

According to a report HipHopDX published on Saturday, March 1, the mogul was hit with several new lawsuits amid the end of a “lookback window” for New York City’s Gender Motivated Violence Act. Among the wave of new lawsuits is a complaint from Sarah Rivers — a former member of Da Band from Combs and MTV's reality series "Making The Band." In the legal documents filed Friday, February 28, Rivers claimed she was sexually harassed and mistreated by Combs during her time on the show.

In the legal documents, Rivers alleged she experienced "inhumane" treatment while the reality series was filming. She claimed she lost control of her eating/sleeping schedule, was mocked for her appearance, and was forced to share a room with four men even though she was married. She also alleged she was forced to do manual labor without compensation. She even cited the infamous scene when Combs instructed Rivers and her bandmates to walk numerous blocks to get him cheesecake.

River also claimed she was subjected to sexual harassment and assault. She recalled instances where Combs allegedly "used his left hand to adjust collar of her jacket and then ran his left hand across her breasts, while repeating the phrase if she needs anything to let him know.” In addition, Rivers also claimed Combs interfered with her music career after the show by messing up various record deals. Rivers' attorney, Ariel Mitchell, names Combs as well as MTV, Viacom and several former Bad Boy employees including Combs' mother Janice and his former assistant Fonzworth Bentley.

“This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs," Combs' attorneys said in a statement. "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. With the deadline for New York’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, it’s clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute, meritless claims. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”

Combs was arrested last September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and kidnapping. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bond. He's currently awaiting his upcoming trial inside a jail cell in Brooklyn.
