I am notorious for always having an excuse! I can give you an objection for every reason as to why I should try to lose weight!
I am guilty of "love weight," "Chihuahuas baseball weight," and "I'm getting older" weight gain!
I'm over it. You see, in February I am going to marry the man of my dreams in the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. Aside from fitting in my dress, I am ready to be healthy.
The problem with me, if there is no push or someone watching my every move of everyday, I create excuses.
Starting today, I am taking what has helped you! I am also creating a list of how you will keep track of me on my journey.
For starters, I will be starting a gym in the next week and managing my meals. Baseball season is a tad over and I can have more time to focus on my goals!
